RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E10)

Last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” began with Belle taking Ariel to find Eric. Once they find Eric he’s chopping the heads off fish and Ariel thinks he must hate her. Belle tells her to go talk to him and once he sees her he smiles and they kiss. As Belle watches, she hears a noise in the sky and when she looks up she sees the Jolly Roger coming from the sky for the dock and smiles. The whole town assembles at the docks to greet everyone . Emma asks Henry/Pan how it feels to be home and he tells her that it’s better than he’s ever imagined. The Lost Boys come off the ship followed by Wendy, who is ecstatic to be reunited with her brothers. As everyone is hugging and telling stories, Emma says that they would never have made it out alive if it hadn’t been for Regina.

In a flashback we see the Queen at Snow and Charming’s wedding promising she would destroy their happiness. Once the wedding is over, Snow tells Charming that she wants to storm the Queen’s castle and steal her magic, but he tells her that she can’t win a fight over her happiness on the battlefield. He says they should go on their honeymoon and forget about the Queen, and they can go anywhere she like. Snow tells him she wants to go to the Summer Palace where her parents honeymooned. As Charming leaves to make the preparations for their journey, Grumpy comes in and tells her the castle is secure and he wonders if this is a good time for a trip. Snow tells him that there’s something at the Summer Palace that can help them defeat the Queen.

In present day, Charming asks Gold what they should do about the Shadow, but Gold tells him that it’s fine because the only person that can release it is locked away in Pandora’s Box….or so they think. Henry/Pan walks over to Felix and Felix asks what next and Henry/Pan says that he needs to be punished so he calls for his parents. As Felix looks at him confused he tells Felix that they need to trust him. Regina agrees that Felix shouldn’t walk free so they take him away to jail. Meanwhile, Gold locks Pandora’s box under his shop floorboards and seals it with a spell only he can open. Henry/Pan asks if he’s sure it’ll work and Gold tells him not to worry because he wants him trapped as much as he does, and that as long as he’s alive Pan will never see the light of day.

Back at Granny’s everyone is celebrating the safe return of Henry and the search party. Emma gives Henry/Pan his fairytale book and he looks at it confused. Emma starts to get suspicious and is surprised he’s not overjoyed to have his book back. Neal goes over to Hook and asks why he’s staring at Emma, and Hook says he’s backing off so Henry’s parents can have a fair shot of being together, but Hook say’s he’s in it for the long haul and he’s not sure Emma will have him back. Regina and Tink go to Mother Superior and demand that she give Tink her wings back. Mother Superior tells Tink the problem is if she can’t believe in her own self how can she expect other people to believe in her. Neal tries to awkwardly ask Emma on a date, and she tells him she’s not sure. He tells her he’ll be at Granny’s for lunch tomorrow and he’d love to see her there.

In a flashback, we see Snow and Charming arrive at the Summer Palace for their honeymoon. He tells her that he’s glad he was able to talk her into coming and when he goes to untie her cloak she tells him not so fast, she has plans for tonight. When Charming goes to stable the horse, Snow takes off her cloak and she’s wearing her hunting gear and then pulls out her sword and arrows and runs into the woods, but guess who’s waiting for her? Charming tells her that he knew something was up because she had that look. Snow tells him about Medusa and how she can turn people to stone with just a look. She tells him that she wants to cut off her head and take her to the Queen. He tells her that there’s no way he’s going to let her do something that dangerous alone.

In the present at Granny’s, Emma tells Henry/Pan that it’s bedtime, but he flips the tables and says he wants to stay the night with Regina. Emma agrees, while being supicious and tells him to call her in the morning and she’ll pick him up. Once Henry/Pan is in his old room, Regina comes in and tells him lights out. He then asks her if she brought the vault over front he other world with all of her magic and she tells him of course, but he knows that. He tells her he may ned the magic in it to protect himself from Pan if he escapes, and she tells him magic isn’t the answer and she’ll protect him. Regina tucks him and and turns the light off. Henry/Pan gets up immediately and opens the window and says it’s time, and his shadow loosens from the Jolly Roger’s sail and flies across the town.

In a flashback, we see Snow and Charming walking through the forrest, and she asks if he’s mad and he tells her he knew what he was getting into when he married her. Charming then reminds her that she stopped the Queen’s execution before and asks why she’s willing to let he be turned to stone now. Snow tells him it’s because this time she threatened the whole kingdom and not just them. Then they come upon the crypt where Medusa is rumored to live and head in.

In the present, David and Mary-Margaret are eating at Granny’s when Gold gives David a brown bottle and tells him to drink it. He tells them its an elixir to cure him permanently. David asks him he owes him anything and Gold says it’s on the house and then reminds him that they’re family now. He drinks it and Snow asks him how he feels and he reaches across the table and kisses her and tells her he wants to start having kids, but instead of answering him Mary sees Neal waiting alone, no Emma. Charming says he’s got this and leaves.

David finds Emma near the shore and she asks if Neal sent him and he says he came on his own because he saw Neal waiting alone. She tells him Neal isn’t he problem, it’s Henry. She tells him he hasn’t been acting like himself lately and she can’t help but feel like something bad is about to happen. David tells her that she has to look for moments instead of looking for bad things in the future. She asks if he thinks having lunch with Neal is a good or bad thing and then she says she’s not ready, but he says she should go anyways.

Hook meanwhile, runs into Tink at Granny’s and asks if she’s okay. He offers her a drink of his flask and she tells him she knows he’s just trying to get with her to take his mind off of Emma. Tink says it’s never going to happen, then they hear a scream and run outside. Emma and David also hear it and run into Tink and Hook. They run in the direction of the scream and it’s Mother Superior being chased by the shadow. Then the shadow rips her out her shadow and she collapse to the ground, David checks her pulse and she’s dead. Tink asked why the shadow killed her and Hook said he’s not sure but he does know is that the only person it takes orders from is Pan.

Henry/Pan sits reading the fairytale book when Regina calls him and tells him to come with her because something happened. After she leaves, he gets an evil smile on his face.

In a flashback, we see Snow and Charming in Medusa’s lair as they creep along the hallways she tells Charming to keep his eyes down. They hear Medusa and he says he’ll draw her out so Snow can finish her. Charming runs down the halls yelling and Medusa heads after him, Snow slices through her neck but the sword dissolves. Charming finds a metal helmet and throws it to distract her and they try to escape. Medusa grabs ahold of Snow and drags her back, and Charming tries to save her but she grabs him and stares into her eyes. He turns to stone and Snow screams.

In the present, Regina asks what happened to Mother Superior and they tell her it was Pan’s shadowed. Regina asks how it got loose and they all decide it must be Pan. Neal goes back to get the candle and shell to trap the shadow. Henry/Pan says that Pan can still hurt him, but Regina quickly reassures him, then Emma says he’s right he could be a threat after all. He asks Regina if she’ll protect him and Emma looks on curiously. Emma tells Regina privately to keep a close eye on Henry because he hasn’t been the same lately. Regina thinks Emma is jealous, but Emma says its not about that and just to keep an eye out.

Henry/Pan asks Regina where she’s taking him and she tells him the one place in Storybrooke where the shadow could never get, her magic crypt. Once they’re inside, she asks hi to promise not to touch anything, and he promises with an evil smirk on his face.

In a flashback, Snow is trying to figure out how to save Charming when Regina shows up on a shield and asks if she’s enjoying her honeymoon, then Snow tells her this is all her fault. After the Queen’s face disappears she notices that the shield has a reflective surface and peals off the rest and uses to to defeat Medusa, but turing her into stone. Once Charming is human again, he asks how she defeated Medusa and she tells her that she let her defeat herself.

In the present, the gang run up to Gold’s shop and demand that he give them Pandora’s box. They tell him they need the box to defeat Pan, and Emma says she has a plan. They drive to the city line and Emma has Gold open the box while she holds a gun. Out of the box comes Pan/Henry and he says “mom.” Gold says shoot him, but Pan/Henry begs her not to, and tells her that Pan switched their bodies before he went inside the box. Emma tells him to prove it by tell her something only Henry would know. He tells her the moment they first connected, and they realize that it’s actually Henry standing in front of them. They step over the city line and Pan/Henry hugs his grandparents, and they all wonder they same thing…where is Pan?

The real Pan is in Regina’s crypt with all of her magical items. He tells her how lucky he is to have her protecting him then hugs her while taking a magic potion and opens it, knocking her out.

In a flashback, Charming tells Snow he’s sorry they were unable to defeat the Queen, and she tells him she wants to start a family which is why she needs to stop the Queen. He tells her they’ll find another way to stop her.

In the present, the gang all walk to find Regina and the real Pan. Once they get to the crypt they find the door locked tight. Finally Gold is able to open the door and they find Regina on the floor but no Henry/Pan. Gold revives her using magic and she asks what happened. They tell her how Pan switched bodies with Henry and then she’s horrified that she fell for his tricks. She says all she wanted to do was be a good mother, then Pan/Henry walks in and hugs her tell her that she is. Neal asks the question everyone has been wondering…what did Pan come down here for? Gold asks Regina, “You didn’t keep it down here did you?” and she says, “Where else would I keep it?” Emma asks what Pan took and they realize it was the curse.

Pan and Felix stand on a hill, and he shows the scroll to Felix and tells him that this is the curse that tore everyone from the Enchanted Forest and brought them to Storybrooke. Pan tells him he broke him out of jail because this curse is going to give them everything they ever wanted.

Regina asks what Pan would want with the curse, and Gold tells her he could cast it again and without Emma’s parents love woven in, there will be no way to break the curse. Pan tells Felix that if it’s cast, no one will remember who they are and they would be trapped and time would stand still. They would be in charge of the whole place, and when they’re done with it, it’ll be the new Neverland.

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E09)

Last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” began with a flashback just after Regina places the curse on Storybrooke, and Rumple tells her that she underestimates the price of what she’s done. She hasn’t processed killing her own father yet and then he tells her that Snow’s descendent could reverse everything.

In present day Neverland, the rescue party attempts to resuscitate Henry after Pan took his heart, while Pan watches and then admits he has Gold in a box. Emma then slices his arm with a sword and he says that it was nothing more than a tickle and flies away.

Flashback to Storybrooke after it was first cursed, Regina summons Archie who begins to analyze her and tells her that she’s feeling a hole, and she admits she didn’t feel that way when the little boy visited. She visits Gold for the help of adopting a child quickly, and he tells her he’ll get her one, and he tells her she’ll need to put the child first.

In the present, Emma and Regina are arguing because Henry is all Regina has while Emma has her parents, Hook, and Neal, and to Regina’s surprise Emma agrees that she can’t understand how Regina feels. Then Regina notices blood on Emma’s sword which means, Pan can be hurt and possible killed. They go to Pan’s hideout and try to bribe the Lost Boys with what every kid wants, a mother. Finally a smaller Lost Boy agrees to tell them where Pan is as long as they promise to take them with them when they leave the island. Emma promises and the Lost Boy tells them that Pan is at his thinking tree.

Flashback, Gold finds Regina a baby in Boston that had fallen through for someone else so he was ready to be adopted immediately, and it was a closed adoption so she’d never be able to find out anything about the baby’s birth parents, and she names him Henry, after her father. Once home with Henry, Regina can’t figure out how to make him stop crying so she takes him to Dr. Whale and he tells her that there’s nothing wrong with Henry. While she’s on the phone with Sidney asking him to find out more about Henry’s birth mother, Mary-Margret walks in and Regina hands her Henry. When she gets off the phone, she realizes that he’s stopped crying and can’t understand why. When they’re home and Henry is still crying she begs him to stop crying and says she’ll do anything, and he finally stops crying. Sidney calls her back about Henry’s birth mother and she confronts Gold saying he knew who Henry was and it did it on purpose. She goes back to the agency to return Henry and then suddenly has a change of heart. There was a family waiting to take Henry home with them though….Wendy’s brothers.

In the present, Emma, Snow and Regina arrives at the Thinking Tree and see Pandora’s Box but vines capture them when they go to grab it. Pan shows up and talks about how he abandoned his son at this very spot and now he has him in a box, then they realize that Gold is Pan’s son. Pan tells them that they can’t break the vines because they all have regrets for being bad mothers, but luckily Regina has no regrets because every bad thing she did, she did for Henry and breaks the vines. She takes Henrys heart from Pan’s body and the box. Once on the Jolly Roger, they return the heart to Henry’s chest and finally he takes a breath and comes to.

Flashback, Regina tells Archie that she’s afraid the birth mother will one day decide she wants Henry and take him back even with it being a closed adoption.

In the present, Regina sits on the bed with Henry and waves her hand over his chest putting a spell on him making it impossible should anyone want to take his heart again. After Regina leaves while Henry is resting, Pan appears with a knife to take back the heart. On the deck, Gold is out of the box and Neal tells him that he’s not as bad as he once was, because he came back for him and they hug. Then Gold feels that somethings not right and they go down to check on Henry, and they see Pan trying to rip his shadow but they force him into the box. Regina panics and runs below deck to check on him, but Gold tells her that Henry is strong. On deck, they fire up a cannon and shoot the coconut with the shadow into space and Regina hits it with a spell and it turns into one of the ships sails. The Jolly Roger heads home. Wendy can’t wait to see her brothers and she gives Tink the small amount of pixie dust she had left, but Tink tells her she has no magic left, and Wendy tells her she believes in her. Henry comes up on deck and offers food to Felix who doesn’t take the food and says he’s on Pan’s side. Henry tells him Pan never fails, but his voice is different. He’s Pan, Pan somehow took over Henry’s body. “Now let’s play” Pan says to Felix with an evil smile.

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E08)

Last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” started with a flashback of a little boy watching his father do card tricks and scam people. We then learn that the little boy is Rumple!

In present Neverland, Pan tucks Wendy into bed while telling Henry that she’s getting worse. He tells Henry that there isn’t much time left to save Neverland and they need to act soon. Pan then turns to tell the Lost Boys that tonight the heart of the truest believer will fulfill it’s destiny. Regina and Gold are walking back to meet the others and she tells him that no matter what she can always count on him. She then tells him that Pan sent Emma on a wild goose chase after Neal, when Gold informs her that Neal is actually alive and on the island. He tells Regina he has no intentions to see his son until he is putting Henry back in his arms.

In another flashback, young Rumple gets left with some women while his father goes to try and find a real job. Before his father leaves he gives Rumple a doll (the one that Pan gave Gold when he got to Neverland) and tells him to name it an it’ll protect him until he comes back for him. Young Rumple holds the doll and cries after his father leaves.

The search party heads for Pan’s camp when they run into Regina and Gold. Mary tells Emma that she’s going to stay on the island with David after they find Henry, but Emma tells her that they’ll find a way around it. Regina and Gold tell everyone that they have Pandora’s box and they plan on trapping Pan inside it. Neal then tells everyone that Gold doesn’t want Henry alive because Henry is his downfall, so everyone turns on him, including Regina.

Flashback, to the two women that are taking care of young Rumple telling him what a talented spinner he his. They tell him that he’ll have to go far away to find work because of his fathers reputation as cheat, and then they tell him that his father isn’t job hunting he’s actually just in a pub drinking. They then give him a bean that will open a portal to take him wherever he wishes and give him a fresh start.

Gold tells the search party that he would never hurt Henry, even if he is his undoing. He tells them that they can’t save Henry without him because he’s the strongest among them, but Neal says he can’t be trusted. Neal tells him to hand over Pandora’s Box, and then Gold tells them that they don’t truly know what they’re up against with Pan, and that Pan destroyed his father.

Flashback, Rumple finds his dad in a pub and says the ladies were right about him, and runs out of the pub with his dad chasing him. His father tells him that he can’t find a job because no one trusts him. Rumple asks what if there was a place where they could start over and be together and then shows his dad the magic bean. His dad being the gambler that he is, asks where he got it and tells him that it could fetch a lot of money. Rumple tells his father that he trusts him and hands him the bean and then they discuss where they should go. His father tells him to think lovely thoughts, and then tells him that when he was a boy and was sold to a blacksmith he would always dream of a wonderful place called Neverland. They agree that’s where they’ll go with the bean, so they toss it and when the portal opens up they jump in.

Emma tells Hook that they need to talk and asks him about trying to help her figure out a way for David to leave the island. She wonders if bringing some of the water from the island will help. Gold says that they’re may be another cure and tells him that he was poisoned with dream shade, and Emma tells him that she knows it took another life to save him. He say that he’s studied the poison since and may possibly be able to blend an elixir, and says he expects something in return but Neal says that he must do it because it’s the right thing to do, and Gold agrees. Think tells them when they’ve reached the camp perimeter and they plan to grab Henry and dash in and out. There are a bunch of Lost Boys around and Gold asks if he can use magic but they say no, so Regina does it instead. She knocks all the Lost Boys out with the spell Gold taught her and they rush into camp and don’t see Henry anywhere but they hear Wendy calling for help from her cage. Neal goes up to hear and tells her that it’s Baelfire and she’s thrilled to see him, he asks why she’s here and she said that she came back to save him.

Flashback, Rumple and his father land on the beach in Neverland through the portal, and he tells his son to think of what he wants to eat and he does and it appears. He tells Rumple that they can have anything they wish for all they have to do is believe the impossible is possible. His father says he remembers flying in Neverland as a boy and tries to fly from a rock but falls. His father says that they need pixie dust and they head off to get some, with Pan’s shadow following close behind.

Neal asks Wendy if she’s seen Henry and she finally confesses that she has and that Pan wants his heart.  She tells them that Pan needs Henry’s heart to save himself, and that it will make Pan immortal and all-powerful but Henry will die. Meanwhile, Pan rows he and Henry out to Skull Rock and Henry is fascinated by the structure. Pan says it’s been a long time since he was here and then draws a line in the sand and says its a protection spell. Wendy tells everyone that Pan has taken Henry to Skull Rock, and Emma tells her parents that Gold can cure David and they they need to get a supply of the curative water to take back with them. Mary hugs her and thanks Gold, and Emma says that they’re all going back together.

Flashback, Rumple and his father trudging through the island on a quest for pixie dust. They finally come to a tall tree and he says they’re at the right spot and that they have to climb to the top of the trees where the flowers only bloom at night. He tells Rumple it’ll be fun but Rumple doesn’t care about flying. His father goes up the tree to get them both pixie dust and promises to be back soon, and then says he’ll show him how wonderful Neverland can be. Once his father reaches the top of the tree where the blossoms are, he reaches in and pulls out the dust and sprinkles it on himself and wishes to fly. The shadow whips around the trip and then comes and lurks in front of him, and he asks the shadow why he can’t fly and the shadow says it’s because he doesn’t belong, on the ground Rumple cries out for his father.

The search party rows out to Skull Rock and once they’re there Emma gets knocked back the the protection spell Pan put up. Regina says there must be  a way to break it and shoots fire at it but it rebounds. Gold crosses through the protection spell with no problem and says that Pan put it up so it would only keep out people with a shadow. He says that the spell was meant to draw Gold in and that they need to trust him with the box. Neal hands over the box, but Regina tells him that he better save Henry or she’ll make what Pan had planned for him look like child’s play. As Rumple is on his way to Pan and Henry, Regina paces back and force and Neal asks if she knows the spell to rip off a shadow. Emma tells them that if they can block the moon, then their shadows wouldn’t exist, and then Regina and Emma begin a spell together to block out the moonlight. In the cave, Pan tells Henry that this is the place where he’ll save magic and that this is the place where the magic of Neverland emanate. There’s an hourglass in the cave and Henry comments that it’s almost empty, and Pan sits Henry down and tells him there’s something he needs to take care of before they get started.

Flashback, young Rumple is crying and his father tells him that he’s fine and he got the pixie dust but it didn’t work because he’s not a boy anymore, and he tells him that adults don’t belong there. Rumple tells his father that they can leave and go someplace else together because them being together is all that matters. His father tells him that he’ll never be the father he needs because he’s too weak but there’s a way he can stay, if he lets go of what’s holding him back he can be free. The shadow shadow swoops in and grabs Rumple and he begs his father to stop it, but his father tells him not to fight it and then tells him he was never meant to be a father. His father slaps him away and the doll falls and the shadow pulls back with Rumple, then the shadow wipes its arm and a green spell rises up and suddenly Rumple’s dad is gone and has turned into Pan!!

Pan waits for Gold, his son, in the cave. Pan sees the doll in Gold’s hand and Gold asks where Henry is, and Pan asks why he hasn’t told the other who Pan really is. Pan tells Gold he’s a coward and that he’d be in the box already if he wasn’t, then he tells him that they can start over and Gold asks if he thinks he could ever forgive him. Pan says he’s upset and said he thought the years would’ve made Rumple more understanding, especially since he traded Neal for the power of the Dark One. Pan tells Gold that neither of them were cut out to be a father, but Gold says he spent his whole life searching for Neal. Pan tells Gold he still cares and all he has to do is put down the box and they can start fresh they way he always wanted. Gold says he’s going to make a fresh start, but not with Pan, and then tries to open the box but it won’t open. Pan switched the boxes, and then reminds him that all you have to do is think of something and you’ll have it. Pan triggers the box and it starts to consume Gold, Pan says sorry and reminds him that he had a chance.

Flashback, Rumple goes back to the women his father left him with and tells them that his father took the bean and abandoned him. They ask where his doll is and he says he lost it and they tell him they can make him a new one and he can give it the same name, and he tells them Peter Pan is gone forever. On Neverland, the new Peter Pan flies into the sky smiling and lands on Skull Island meeting the shadow, and he learns this was created when he decided to stay. He sees the hourglass and the shadow tells him that it’s the magic that will allow him to stay there and stay young, and Peter asks if when it runs out will he grow old and die. The shadow tells him Neverland is only for children to visit, not to stay and live, and Peter says there must be a way for him to stay forever and the shadow says possibly.

Pan comes back for Henry and tells him that it’s time and that he must give him his heart, Henry tells Pan that he must believe and Pan says no that he must physically give him his heart and he’ll become the greatest of heroes. Pan lies and tells him that the price of the spell is that Henry will have to stay there forever with him and agrees and says heroes have to make sacrifices sometimes. Pan asks Henry if he’s ready and takes Henry’s hand and starts a spell, Henry then touches his hand to his heart and pulls it out. Neal, Emma and Regina rush in and tell Henry that Pan has been lying to him. They all beg Henry to believe them that if he gives Pan his heart he will live and Henry will die. Henry says that he has to save magic and shoves his heart into Pan’s body. The spell explodes throughout the entire island and Henry collapses while Pan rises up above grinning evilly.

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E07)

Last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” began in a flashback 5 days earlier as Emma and the search party left for Neverland to save Henry. Gold gives Belle a cloaking spell to hide Storybrooke from anyone else out there. After they leave and Belle is left alone, the townspeople come rushing to her saying the curse was broken! She tells them where everyone else went and what Gold told her to do. As they head to the mines to enact the spell, a red car with two men is racing towards Storybrooke. Just as the cloaking spell has been cast and is spreading over the town the two guys in the car are inching towards the town line. They drive over the line just in time and the back of their car gets chopped off.

Back in present Neverland, Gold is telling Ariel how to get into Storybrooke even with the cloaking spell. He enchants a sand dollar for Ariel to give to Belle but won’t tell Ariel what it is because Pan has ears all throughout Neverland. Regina tells Ariel that the bracelet will only give her legs for 24 hours and Ariel asks where she’ll find Eric in Storybrooke. Regina tells her that she’ll give her that piece of information when she returns so she has an incentive to do as they ask.

Pan gets a sensation when Ariel leaves Neverland and tells Felix that they need to inform their friends in Storybrooke to move up the time table, and then says he needs to talk to their other friend in the cage.

Neal tells everyone that Pan’s shadow is their way off the island because it’s rarely with him and they’ll be able to get it without having to encounter Pan. So Emma, Neal and Hook set off on a shadow journey.

Back in Storybrooke, the dwarves are eating lunch when Ariel appears in the water. She puts on the bracelet and her fin becomes legs and she asks Grumpy where she can find Belle. The two guys from the red car are watching from afar with binoculars and are discussing that she’s the one that they’re to find out why she’s there and to make sure she never leaves town again.

Belle is at Granny’s talking to Doc Hopper when Grumpy comes in with Ariel. Ariel tells Belle that Gold sent her from Neverland to give her something. She gives Belle the sand dollar and Belle it thrilled Gold is still alive. She takes the sand dollar to his shop and finally figures out its purpose, it had a message from Gold. He tells her that he found a way to defeat Pan and live but there’s a hidden item in the shop he needs and she’ll be able to find it through their love.

Henry tells Pan that he thinks his family on the island and Pan says if they are then why haven’t they come for him yet. Henry wants to know why Pan keeps disappearing into the jungle and says that he doesn’t trust him, then he storms away. Felix says he thinks they’re losing Henry and Pan says he just needs a little convincing.

Emma, Neal and Hook are in Neal’s old hideaway when Emma goes to find the starmap, Hook mentions the kiss to Neal thinking he would already know about it, but Neal doesn’t, things get pretty awkward then. Emma returns with the map and then Neal tells them that it isn’t for finding stars, it’s or catching the shadow. Hook tells them they have to go to Dark Hallow to find the shadow, a place even Hook dares not venture.

Belle and Ariel are going through Gold’s shop trying to figure out the item he could need when suddenly, Belle realizes what it is, the teacup, she just needs to figure out what to do with it now. She decides to try and place it in the cupboard where he used to keep it and when she does that it reveals a trap door on the floor. Inside the trap door is none other than Pandora’s box, as she’s holding the box they hear guns cocking and turn around to see the two guys that snuck into Storybrooke just before the cloaking spell. They tie Belle and Ariel up and tell them to be still, which Ariel doesn’t quite understand why she should because she doesn’t know what a gun is. Belle tells them that they don’t know who they’re working for, but they interrupt her and surprise her by saying they’re working for Peter Pan.

Pan tells Felix to deliver the supplies to the other side of the island and be sure that Henry doesn’t follow. Henry, however, is watching behind a tree and follows Felix.

When Neal wonders off, Hook tells Emma that he inadvertently told Neal about their kiss, and that she’ll have to choose eventually between the two. Emma tells his right now her focus is finding Henry, Hook looks at her lovingly and tells her that he knows she’ll succeed because he’s never seen her fail. Neal returns and tells them that he’s found the Dark Hallow. The Dark Hallow is the place where the victim Pan’s shadows dwell for eternity.

Ariel and Belle are struggling with the ropes when Belle comes up with an idea to use Ariel’s fin the their advantage. They pull the bracelet off so when Ariel sprouts her fins the rope breaks, and then the helps free Belle too. Once they’re free they begin to try and figure out where the guys could be taking Pandora’s Box. Belle releases that the only thing strong enough in Storybrooke to break through it would be a dwarf’s pickax, so they head to the mines.

David and Mary are on the way to find Tink when David demand Mary talk to him. She finally tells him that she was hurt he didn’t tell her and that she would stay on the island forever with him fighting Lost Boy’s as long as it meant being with him.

The trio go into the Dark Hallow and Emma asks if they just wait for the shadows. Neal says they light the candle and it’ll attract the shadow in so they can capture it. While Hook and Neal are arguing over the lighter, Pan’s shadow and other shadows appear and start to rip their shadows from them. Emma, torn between the two and trying to save herself, lights the candle using magic and captures Pan’s shadow.

Belle and Ariel head into the mine and see the guys with a pickax. Belle begs them not to destroy it because if they do, they’ll lose people very dear to them. The boys tell her that if they don’t destroy that’ll lose someone very dear to them as well. Belle sends a cart in the mine in their direction and takes Pandora’s Box. The guys explain to her that they don’t care about destroying magic, they’re trying to save their sister that Pan has captured. Belle tells them that this box will destroy Pan and their sister will be set free once he is. Belle then sends Ariel on her way with the box.

Henry watches as Felix drops a bag on the trail and walks away. Henry grabs the bag and then sees a ladder and climbs up it, at the top of the ladder he sees a girl in bed. She tells him he shouldn’t be here while coughing, and then Henry asks her name, she tells him it’s Wendy, Wendy Darling he asks? She tells him that Pan keeps her far away from camp because she’s sick. Henry asks what’s wrong with her and she tells him the magic on the island is fading and she’s been there an awfully long time. Henry tells her that he’ll come back for her, after he leaves Pan appears and tells Wendy good job.

At the beach Regina asks Gold if he really thinks Belle will succeed and he says of course, and she asks if it’s just his feelings talking. Suddenly, Ariel pops up with the box and with a message from Belle saying to save Wendy as well. Regina enchants Ariel’s bracelet so she can have legs whenever she want because she succeeded.

When Tink returns back to her house she finds David and Mary and says she won’t help them until the have a guaranteed way off the island. Then Emma, Hook and Neal appear with the shadow. Tink officially agrees to show them Pan’s camp.

When Henry returns back to camp Pan asks him why he’s so sad and Henry tells him that he lied and he found Wendy. Pan starts to exaggerated things and tells Henry that Wendy’s dying because of the loss of magic and he didn’t want to put the weight of worry on Henry’s shoulders. Henry asks if he’s the only one who can save magic and Pan tells him he is. Henry then asks how and Pan says its not a matter of how, it’s a matter of where and shows him Skull Rock. He tells Henry only the heart of the truest believer can save them and it will require heroism and sacrifice, and then asks Henry if he’s up to the task, and Henry tells him yes.

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E05)

In last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” we began in Neverland where one of the Lost Boys started a sort of fight with Henry with a wooden sword saying that he didn’t believe that he was really the one Pan’s been waiting for. Henry picks up a stick and fights a little, and then Pan shows up and tells him to believe it’s a sword and Henry does just that and it turns into a sword. The other boy looks terrified and Henry starts to fight with the sword slicing the boys wooden sword in half and then even cutting the boy on the cheek. Henry immediately apologizes but Pan tells him the best part about Neverland is that you never have to apologize.

Meanwhile, the gang it still in Neil’s old hideout looking for clues when Emma finds markings on the walls from when Neil was keeping track of how many days he was there and she see’s he stopped because he gave up hope and she doesn’t want Henry to do the same. They decide they need to get a message to Henry to let him know they’re on the island before he completely gives up on.

In a flashback we see Hook as a Navy Officer on board a ship with his brother as Captain and they’re on a mission that his brother says is best kept secret until they arrive.

Back in the present, Hook is attempting to flirt with Emma while David tells him that it’ll never happen. They devise a plan to set a trap to catch a lost boy and send a message to Henry that way. So they need rope to set the trap and while Hook and David go to get more rope David is growing weaker because of the dream shade and Hook tells him that it’s almost reached his heart. Hook says he only has hours left to live and that he should tell his family but David ignores him. David then finds a military insignia with Jones on it and asks Hook if he knows a Jones to which Hook replies that Jones was his brother and Captain. Hook spots rocks above them and calls them Dead Man’s Pit and says if they can get up there they’ll find the sextant that will help them read Neil star map and get off the island.

In another flashback we see Hook and his brother looking at the star charts and then his brother lets down a sail that he says is made entirely from Pegasus feathers, which of course Pegasus is known to fly, and then the ship sets sail. The captain tells Hook to set course for the second star to the right and straight on till morning.

Back in Neverland, Hook and David are back camp preparing for their journey to Dead Man’s Pit and David is very careful in saying his goodbye’s thinking this will be the last time he see’s everyone. As they head off Mary, Emma and Regina prepare to trap a lost boy. They release the trap on the same lost boy that Henry had the sword fight with. They try and bribe him but they realize it’s not working and when he tells him that Henry did that to his face they realize they have to take a different plan of action. Regina takes his heart and they give him half a mirror.

In a flashback we see non-pirate Hook and his brother landing on Neverland and Hook learns that they’re looking for dream shade because they’re King wants it as medicine. All of a sudden Pans shows up and introduces himself and tells them that what they’re looking for it actually poison. The captain doesn’t believe Pan and cuts himself with the thorns and then all of a sudden the poison starts spreading. A young Hook starts panicking not knowing what to do when Pan shows up and shows him the spring that will heal his brother, but its magic so it comes with a price. Hook gives his brother water from the spring and he’s healed but he didn’t heed Pan’s warning so when they left Neverland his brother died. That moment is when Hook became the pirate that he is today.

As Hook and David are climbing up towards the mountain David tells Hook to tell his family that he died fighting. When they reach Dead Man’s Pit, Hook tells David to wait at the bottom and he’ll climb up and throw him down the rope. At the top of the rock Pan appears with a bargain for Hook, telling him that if he agrees to work for him again he’ll give up passage off the island for him and one more, meaning Emma. Hook tells him Emma won’t leave Henry. As Hook is tell Pan what if he won’t take his bargain David had managed to climb his own way up the rocks and Pan had disappeared. Hook finally tells David that him finding the insignia and telling him that the sextant was up here was just a rouse to get him up here to save him. David is extremely weak from the poison and collapses while Hook cuts his way through the poison to get water from the springs. He tells David that the water will save him but there is a price to pay, he’ll never be able to leave Neverland. David agrees that it’s worth the price as long as he lives to save Henry.

The lost boy returns to the camp controlled by Regina and tells Henry that his family is there to save him and he doesn’t believe him at first. Then the boy gives him a mirror and Henry sees both of his moms and grandmother in it and he still thinks it’s a trick but they finally convince him that they’re really there. He tells them that he has to go because Pan’s coming. David and Hook return to camp safe and sound and David is extremely happy and then tells them Hook saved his life but tells a little white lie. They all cheers to Hook and take a swig of Rum and then Emma pulls him aside and asks if he really saved his life and he said yes. He insinuates towards a thank you such as a kiss since he just saved her fathers life and Emma says he couldn’t handle it, and then they embrace in the most passionate kiss. Emma breaks the kiss and says it was a one time thing. Pan then comes upon Hook sitting alone and drinking in the forest and says he should’ve taken his offer. Hook tells him he doesn’t need his help and Pan tells him that the kiss didn’t mean anything. Pan then surprises him even more by telling him that Neil is alive and on the island.

Back at Pan’s camp we see Neil drugged and in a cage and it’s being hoisted to hang beside another cage…could his father be in the cage beside him?

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E04)

Last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” started with Neil being taken by Felix to Pan but then Neil breaks free and gets away. We then see a flashback on a young Neil/Baelfire telling Rumple that he’s sick of being stuck in a house while his father tries to win him over with things he’s stolen from people who fear him. Back in the present day, Gold paints stripes on his face while the vision of Belle looks on and reminds him that saving Henry will be his undoing.

As for Emma and everyone with her, thanks to Tinkerbell they’ve mapped out Pan’s camp and are planning their route their. Tink then asks what their escape route is and they realize they don’t have one. As they’re all reminded only one person has ever escaped Neverland and that person is Neil and they still believe him to be dead.

Meanwhile, Gold crashes Pan’s camp and knocks out two of the lost boys with a sleeping spell. Someone sneaks up on him and he turns to defend himself and he sees its Neil. He immediately assumes that Neil is a vision like Belle and goes to try and kill him or make him disappear. Neil finally is able to convience his father that he’s real and Gold tells him that he’s ready to sacrifice himself for Henry. We see a flashback to when Rumple comes home to find Baelfire missing and tracks him to a town using magic, only to learn that in that town many of the people are missing their sons too. The town leader tells Rumple that all they know is that their sons were lured away in the night by a piper. Back in the present, Neil and Gold tell each other how they got to Neverland and Neil says he thinks there way to save Henry without sacrificing any lives. They go to the ocean and pull up a giant squid and get squid ink from it. They want squid ink because it will parazlyze magical creatures and their plan is to paralyze Pan so they can grab Henry.

While Neil and Gold and devising a plan, Emma and everyone have run into the place where Neil hid before he escaped Neverland. They hope to find something that can help them figure out a way to escape. The look around and try to find something to help them and then find that Neil had made a star map but sadly he’s the only one that is able to read it.

Flashback to Rumple watching from a rooftop when the piper starts playing and boys start to climb out of their windows enchanted and follow the music and the piper. Rumple follows and then sees the children dancing in the forest and starts to call for Bae and then the piper shows up. He breaks his pipe and he removes his hood only to see that it’s Pan and they know each other it seems. Pan mocks Rumple as being the Dark One and Rumple tells him that he wont be able to take Bae. Pan tells him that the only boys that can hear the music are the boys that are unloved and lost.

Back in the present, while the other lost boys dance around the fire Henry stays to himself and Pan tells him that the party is for him because he’s there to save magic. Pan goes to play the pipes but Henry doesn’t hear anything, this worries Pan. Pan hears that Neil and Gold are reunited and they’re coming for Henry. Neil and Gold have come to Pan’s camp to save Henry and they start by putting a sleeping spell on everyone in the camp except Pan. Gold shows his face first and then Neil comes and shots an arrow and Pan which he catches. Pan thinks he’s saved himself only to find out about the squid ink and he’s now paralyzed. Gold and Neil grab Henry, but not before Pan says that Gold is going to kill Henry and Neil demands to know what he means by that. Gold and Henry leave with Henry and once they’ve made it to safety Neil demands to know what Pan meant. Gold finally tells him about the prophecy but how everything’s changed now that he realized it was about his grandson. Gold asks what he can do to gain his trust and Neil asks for his dagger with is hidden but Neil doesn’t believe him. Neil then paralyzes his father with squid ink and takes Henry and leaves.

Once Neil finds the campground that he recognizes as Emma’s he stops there with a still unconscious Henry. Pan then shows up and takes Henry and says that everyone is where he wants them. He leaves with Henry as Neil is held back by the Lost Boys screaming that he’ll come for Henry. When Henry wakes up back at Pan’s camp he says he felt like he heard his father calling his name, but he knows it must have been a dream because he’s dead. Pan tells him it makes no sense to dream about things we lost and that we long for and that he should find new things to dream about. Pan then plays the pipe and Henry hears it this time and starts to dance. Pan has him right where he wants him.

Jamie Dornan Cast as Christian Grey in FIFTY SHADES OF GREY

Calvin Klein Jeans Fall 2009 Ad Campaign
Jamie Dornan for Calvin Klein – Fall 2009

And we have a new Christian Grey! After Charlie Hunnam’s surprising departure from the film the search was on for the new Christian. We reported a few days ago that Jamie Dornan and Billy Magnussen had done screen tests and Variety is reporting that Jamie has accepted the role!

Irish actor Jamie Dornan has been tapped to replace Charlie Hunnam as Christian Grey in the Universal and Focus adaptation of “Fifty Shades of Grey”.

Dakota Johnson co-stars as Anastasia Steele with Sam Taylor-Johnson on board to direct.

Universal and Focus Features declined to comment.

Fans that were rooting for Ian Somerhalder and Matt Bomer seem to be taking this new casting news pretty well. I’m excited for Jamie! I have to say, visually, Jamie matches the role a lot more than Charlie did. I wonder what his chemistry will be like with Dakota? Hmm..

What do you think? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E03)

On last weeks episode of “Once Upon A Time” we met Tinkerbell and learned a lot about her past, and Regina’s for that matter. They were trying to find Pan’s lair but Pan kept moving it, so Hook suggested they find Tinkerbell to help them. We then see that Regina knew Tinkerbell before she turned completely evil.

In a flashback, we see Regina and Rumple talking and he says he’s upset with her that she missed her lessons today. Regina tells him that she doesn’t feel like she can be evil and storms off. We see her have a bit of a fit on her balcony and fall but then Tinkerbell come to the rescue and saves her with pixie dust. Regina and Tinkerbell then go off together and start to talk and Regina talks about Snow and how she lost her fiancé. When Tinkerbell arrives home that night, she is greeted by the Blue Fairy and is warned against using her powers just because she has them. Tinkerbell puts a love spell on a man with a lion tattoo and when Regina goes to meet the man she gets scared and leaves. When she’s going to sleep that night Tinkerbell shows up and asks how the meeting went. Regina gets upset and tells Tink to leave and when Tink returns home she gets her wings taken away because she didn’t listen to the Blue Fairy.

Meanwhile in the Enchanted Forrest, Neil is trying to find a way to get to Neverland when he finds out Robin Hood has a young son. He realizes Robin Hood’s son is his way to get to Neverland, he just needs to get Robin Hood on board with the plan.

Back in Neverland, while Pan is trying hard to convince Henry that he belongs with them, Emma and the rest of the search party are on the hunt for Tink. Regina stays behind once they’ve gotten to Tink’s home and once she’s alone Tink shows herself, but she doesn’t look like her usual self. She blows what we thought was some type of pixie dust in Regina’s face and knocks her out. When Regina awakes they’re in a cave and she realizes that Tink doesn’t have her powers or her wings anymore. Tink is holding that grudge against Regina and then takes her heart and Regina tells Tink that if she kills her she’ll be as evil as she is. Once Tink realizes that Regina really does love her son she gives Regina her heart back. Tink then brings up the man with the lion tattoo who was supposed to be Regina’s happiness…who is this man? Once the entire search party is back together with Tink she tells them that she’s no longer has magic to help them but she can show them the way.

Back in the Enchanted Forrest, Neil finally gets Robin Hood to agree to his plan. His plan is that Robin Hood’s son call out for the shadow but when the shadow comes to get him Neil will leave with the shadow instead. Robin Hood realizes this is a huge risk he’s taking and hopes they’ve planned everything out well enough. That night Robin Hood’s son calls for the shadow and the shadow comes and attempts to take his son but Mulan stops him and Neil is able to grab ahold to the shadow just in time. While Neil is on his way to Neverland, Robin Hood thanks Mulan for saving his son and then asks her to join his band. She at first declines and goes to see Aurora, but when she gets there Aurora tells her that she and Philip are expecting a baby. Mulan tells Aurora that she is joining Robin Hood’s band and goes back to tell Robin Hood she accepts. When she gets there she shakes his hand, but wait, what’s that on Robin Hood’s arm? Is that a lion tattoo??? So that means he’s the man that was supposed to make Regina happy?!

RECAP: Once Upon A Time (S03E02)

The second episode of “Once Upon A Time” begins with Rumple making a fire so he can send his shadow to hide the sward that can kill him. He then sets the doll down that his father had given him and a coated figure comes and takes it. He runs after the coated figure and it’s Belle, but she’s not really there, she’s a vision he’s conjured. Belle comforts him and tells him that he will not be a coward like his father and trade his life for Henry’s. They throw the doll off of a cliff and Belle is gone.

Meanwhile everyone else has gotten off the Jolly Roger and they start to walk the island. Snow tells Emma she needs to stay hydrated and drink water and Emma replies “Thanks Mary-Margaret”. Snow tells her that she can call her mom because she did once to which Emma replies, “well we were about to die”. They then run into Pan and he gives Emma a map and tells her it will lead her to Henry. However, the map is blank and it will only reveal itself when Emma accepts who she truly is. Of course everyone assumes that its the fact Emma doesn’t accept the fairytale world of the fact that she’s the savior, but the map is still blank once she accepts that. Regina, being impatient uses magic on the map to lead them to Pan, which ultimately leads them into a trap. They see a boy standing at the top of a hill they believe to be Henry, it turns out to be Pan. The Lost Boys attack and they fight them, but when Emma pins one down she can’t bring herself to hurt him. Pan calls the boys off and they leave. Snow asks Emma what stopped her with the boy and she tells her that she saw something in his eyes that she used to see in hers when she was in foster care. She said she always felt like an orphan, and when she said that, the map appeared. Being an orphan was the thing she needed to accept for the map to appear.

In a flashback scene, we see Snow was given an ultimatum by the Queen. The Queen decides instead of killing her that she’s going to let Snow live so she can see her take over the kingdom. Snow has to leave with Charming and the dwarves. Snow considered it but Charming wouldn’t stand for it, he need to come up with a way for Snow to believe in herself. He places a sword in a stone and takes her to it and leads her to believe that it’s Excalibur, so she stands up to the Queen. She finds out that the sword if fake and if furious with Charming, but then he tells her that she just needed a little push to believe in herself.

Back in Neverland, they see that Henry is on the other side of the island and they have numerous obstacles to go through to reach him. Meanwhile, the doll that Rumple threw over the cliff has reappeared and it won’t burn when he sets it on fire either. We also see that Charming it hurt and it looks pretty bad.
