Tonight the 86th Annual Academy Awards took place at the Dolby theater in Hollywood, Ellen DeGeneres did the most amazing job at hosting, she was hilarious and interactive both in the theater and on social media! We are already wanting to see her host again next year. There were so many amazing moments that we can’t decide on one; from her Twitter shattering selfie to handing out Pizza to the audience members and her brilliant opening monologue, Ellen deserves an honorary Oscar for Best Host. There were no huge shocks tonight, Gravity took home the most awards including Best Director. Many incredible talents were recognized for their contribution to the years best films throughout the show. Well. . .that’s it for Award Season, We re already counting down until next year, Thank you for following the Oscars with us!

AMERICAN HUSTLE Wins Ensemble Performance Award

AMERICAN HUSTLE has won Ensemble Performance Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival, announced Friday and reported by THR.

The star-studded cast of David O. Russell‘s dramedy American Hustle — which includes Oscar winners Christian Bale and Jennifer Lawrence and Oscar nominees Amy AdamsBradley Cooper and Jeremy Renner — will receive the Ensemble Performance Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival, it was announced Friday.

The award will be presented on Jan. 4 at the Palm Springs Convention Center as part of the festival’s 25th edition, which runs from Jan. 3-13.

With a limited release on December 13th and wide release on December 20th you won’t want to miss AMERICAN HUSTLE when it hits theaters!
